SERVICE

ELRUS' Service Department is capable of repairing everything from reduction boxes for conveyors to complete crushing plants. We have highly qualified service specialists with in-depth knowledge of our products and service to help you maximize production. The service department consists of heavy-duty mechanics, welders, millwrights and machinists. Our Service and Assembly Shops are comprised of fully equipped bays incorporating overhead cranes of 5 to 25 ton capacity.

Our Machine Shop has horizontal and vertical boring mills to machine cones up to 60 inches and line bore jaws up to 42 inches by 48 inches. The machine shop manufactures and repairs replacement eccentric shafts for jaws, screens up to seven feet wide and Vibrating Grizzly Feeders. Wherever your location, ELRUS offers 24-hour service for replacement parts and on-site repair assistance.
