ELRUS can design and build your entire crushing spread. This ensures a balanced and efficient plant that will maximize the return on your investment. The design for your crushing spread can be all new equipment or can be tailored to utilize existing equipment. While our aggregate equipment is primarily designed for gravel pit and quarry operations, it is highly effective in mining applications as well as recycling asphalt and concrete. Our conveyor systems have been used independently of crushing activities in large transportation systems in the mining sector.
ELRUS manufactures a full line of aggregate equipment that includes jaw crushers, jaw and cone crusher plants and screening plants (single and twin, wet and dry), feeders, feeder-screen plants, portable load-out bins, wash plants, control towers (with or without Vans) and an automated weigh out system. In addition, we are the Western Canada and Ontario Dealer for McLanahan and LPT (washing and classifying equipment), Fintec track mounted crushing & screening equipment and Superior Industries full line of conveying products and parts.ELRUS' aggregate equipment is modular, featuring common level design with a minimum of loose conveyors. The result is total portability. Tear down and setup of a complete spread with both primary and secondary crushers is usually accomplished in 4 to 5 hours with 4 personnel. Dismantling and cranes are required only in exceptional situations, usually due to seasonal road weight restrictions.
